Making a Purchase
Please take your time browsing our comprehensive on-line catalogue, place any items that you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection follow the prompts or click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details so that we can satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account or have used PayPal before to pay this way.
On completion of a successful transaction you will be sent email confirmation of your order to the address provided during checkout.
The current status of your order at Monoco Direct can be tracked by logging into the site with your account details and looking at your order from the menu provided. Any further communication between Monoco Direct and you will be logged against the order and can be viewed at any time by logging into the website.
You will be notified again by email when we have dispatched your order.
Shipping & Handling
For purchases outside of the UK, please email us for details (customerservice@monocodirect.co.uk - or use the contact us page) and we will be pleased to help you, we will usually need to contact you to inform you of, and obtain your ageement to, the exact shipping charges.
UK Postage and Packing is £2.89 regardless of quantity, weight or size and we deliver UK orders over £45 free of postage & packing charges.
Delivery Schedule
Unless we have a query about your order, in which case we will contact you by e-mail, your order should be despatched within 3 working days from the date the order was made. You should allow 2-3 working days for delivery. If you have any special delivery instructions please inform us using the comments field which is presented to you just before payment when checking out.
If you have any concern relating to the delivery of your goods, please contact us by email (customerservice@monocodirect.co.uk or by using the contact us page) and we will investigate on your behalf.
Returns and Cancellations
For returns, we will be happy to replace any faulty goods with a new item within the manufacturers warranty period. Items must be returned to us for testing, and will be replaced as soon as testing deems them to be faulty. If it is not possible to replace with exact items, an alternative will be offered for your approval.
You may cancel your order up to 7 days from the receipt of the goods by informing us via email to customerservice@monocodirect.co.uk or by using the contact us page. The goods must be returned in an un-used condition and in their original packing still in sealed packs/containers where applicable.
When returning goods returns you must first notify us using the contact us button or by email to customerservice@monocodirect.co.uk, giving details of the goods ordered, the original order details, your contact details and where appropriate reasons for requesting the return. We will then contact you with a return code in order for you to return the goods.
The cost for safe return of the goods will also be your responsibility and the goods must be returned in an un-used condition and in their original packing still in sealed packs/containers where applicable.
We advise you to obtain "proof of posting" (which is free, just ask for one at the Post Office) and retain this for your records. Once the goods have been returned we will refund any sum that has been paid by you (excluding postal and packing charges, where you are cancelling your order and those goods have already been despatched).
You will receive notification of your refund from PayPal.
